The two-word, keyword domain SocialMedia.cc (KW = Social Media) is being auctioned off at Sedo, and as of the posting of this blog only one day remains until the auction ends.

As is stands now, there has only been a single bid, and it was for €100 (Euro). I admit this is a bit puzzling to me, as the domain would seem to be worth at least somewhere in the $450-$1250 range, which would be approximately €350-€1,000.

Now, the auction is far from over, and a lot of bids could well be placed before all is said and done, but as it stands now, someone looks like they’re going to make out with a very high quality domain for well less than it would have sold for just a few years back (before the global economy collapsed).
