Greetings, and welcome to Fat Lester’s Domain Name Showcase. With this post, I am announcing for the first what I hope will become a regular series of domain name showcases here at Fat Lester’s blog. I am not yet sure how often you can expect to see these showcases, but suffice it to say I intend for this to become a regular feature on the blog and hope to feature a new showcase every few days to a week.

The idea behind the domain showcases is to bring together the readers of this blog and the domaining community at Mixx see what’s out there in terms of domains being sold by other domainers and what they’re hoping to bring in price-wise. The other obvious function of these posts will be to leverage both this blog as well as the FatLester.com main site’s popularity towards the promotion of some very high-quality, premium domain names, above and beyond the reach of my own domain portfolio. Anyone can have their domain(s) featured in the showcase, and it costs absolutely nothing to do so.

Whose domains are featured in the showcase?

Anyone who has domain names that are for sale or that the domainer is willing to sell if the right offer comes along can have their names included in one of Fat Lester’s Domain Name Showcases. Fat Lester is in charge of the selection process. He will review requests for inclusion, and at his sole discretion decide which names to feature in a given showcase.

How do I have my domains featured in the showcase?

You can submit a request for consideration using this form. In the “Name” field, please include the word SHOWCASE in all caps after your name. In the “Your Offer” field, please include the amount of money (in US Dollars) that you are hoping to receive in exchange for the domain. Please fill out the rest of the form with the requested information.

IMPORTANT: Please submit no more than one request for inclusion per week with not more than 10 domain names included in the request form. Multiple requests and those with more than 10 domains listed will not be considered.

Being a member of the Mixx “domain names” community certainly won’t hurt your chances of having one of your names chosen for the special promotion. If you’re not a member of Mixx, click on the link in the previous sentence, sign up and join the community.

Which of my domains should I request to have featured in the showcase?

The very best domain name or names that you own the rights to and are willing to sell. Since showcases will be built around a single domain name or theme, the chances are slim of having more than one of your names included in a given showcase. That said, submit between one and ten of your highest-quality domains and hope for the best. Remember, please do not include more than ten domains in any given request and please do not submit more than one request per week.
